Residential developer Rivage Properties, founded by three civil engineers from Porto, is investing in homes at Foz do Douro, Antas and Gondomar.
The development company set up by João Ribeiro, Jorge Duarte, and Fernando Santos, focuses on developing “unique and sophisticated projects in strategic locations”, starting with Porto and its surroundings.
